All reservations must be confirmed in writing, preferably by email.

Strand Course

Payment in full is required one month prior to the date of play. In the event of proper notification of cancellation, prior to the date of play,a refund of 75% will be made. Any additional refund due to exceptional circumstances will be at the discretion of the Club. Payment must be in Sterling and may be made by Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, or debit card. We regret we are unable to accept American Express.

Riverside and Old Course

At present no advance payment is required for the Riverside Course or the Old Course.
